Following jury trial, a judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiff Lawrence J. Anglim and against Missouri Pacific Railroad for injuries sustained in a slip and fall. The claim was brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 51-60 (1988) (FELA), and the Boiler Inspection Act, 45 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 22-34 (1988). Following opinion by the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, this Court granted transfer.
